The twin/double room at Hotel Gala Addara was cozy and inviting. It had a flat-screen TV, which made for great movie nights. The electric kettle was a lifesaver for our late-night tea cravings. We loved the seating area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. It felt like a home away from home.

Loved the friendly staff who arranged transportation and even gave us a lift to the bus station. The Sri Lankan dinner was delicious and the juices were refreshing. The hotel's quiet location in a lush garden was perfect for a romantic escape. We also enjoyed the small patio area in our room where we could relax.

There were some billing issues initially, but they were resolved quickly. We also noticed a few bleach marks on our laundry, but overall, it was a great experience.

They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. We absolutely loved the food, it was by far the best we had during our trip. the continental breakfast with fresh juice and traditional Sri Lankan snacks was second to none. the hotel's garden was like a paradise within the city.
